Treatments at R+R

Here’s what to expect during your treatment and how to prepare for a little R+R! Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Please arrive on time! We want to make sure we have plenty of time to address your skin concerns while using the full treatment time to give you great service. 

We keep our laundry to a minimum. Our beds are covered and warmed for you, and we ask that you dress comfortably as you will not undress during your treatment. Don’t forget to use the bathroom beforehand!

Please discontinue the use of any retinols, retinoids or highly exfoliating products at least 7 days prior to your treatment. Let us know about any prescribed products.

New clients can print out their client record card ahead of time on our booking page or you can look ahead to better prepare yourself to fill out during your treatment time.

AFTERCARE

You’ll want to cleanse your face at the end of the day. Sunscreen will be applied at the end of your treatment. Now you’ll want to rehydrate and reabsorb with products according to your esthetician.

Avoid using any active products up to a week after your treatment or according to the routine set by your esthetician .

Avoid makeup, heavy exercise, sun/harsh element exposure for at least 24-48 hours after your treatment.
